By accessing and using Vanish Chat, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Vanish Chat is a platform for real-time communication. You are solely responsible for the content (text, images, audio) you transmit. We have Zero Tolerance for objectionable content.

Prohibited Content & Actions:

Illegal Acts: Promotion of illegal activities, drugs, or crimes.
Violence: Threats, harassment, bullying, or promoting self-harm.
Hate Speech: Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
Sexual Content: Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.

Enforcement:

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Users found violating these policies will be suspended or permanently banned.
We cooperate with law enforcement for illegal activities.

3. Usage Rules

You agree not to use Vanish Chat for any unlawful purpose. You acknowledge that you can:

Report abusive users or content directly within the app.
Block users you do not wish to interact with.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Vanish Chat. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The app is not directed to children under 13.

Vanish Chat is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the reliability of the service or the security of data, although we strive to maintain high standards.

6. Advertising

Vanish Chat displays third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised by these third parties. Your interactions with any third-party advertisers are solely between you and such third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vanish Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
